Yucatan Princess has elegant, rippled, medium to dark olive-green leaf tops. The bottom of the leaves have a marron cast to them that can be lighter or darker, depending on the individual plant. Where the leaf connects to the petiole, the veining lightens to a pale pink to white. This beauty likes to bush out, so it needs a lot of room to spread. It prefers morning light or bright diffuse light, but it does not like to be in the afternoon sun.
